You can check on your own on profile page, if MC and every girls has a 100% stat on top left corner, you have done everything

Madeline's stats keep dropping when i load saves like i got her love up to 34 then loaded a save and it droped to 29 then loaded another save and it dropped to 19 none of the other girls stats dropped just Madeline's

Faerin has implemented something to decrease love stats that where above 22 points (because this is the correct number that you can achieve at the moment in the game), if you have higher number it means that you have triggered multiple times a bug from a previous game version
