Hmmm, my stats match except for Annabelle & Rebecca, with no mods used:
Annabelle: 45/55
Rebecca: 10/5

Will this cause an issue going forward?

In all likelihood, it probably will. It sounds like an old stat bug reported to us an update or two back. What I would recommend is downloading the v0.3.2 save I posted here or starting a new game. I tested that save with the new content and didn't find any problems with it or the stats, and that was after doing a few new runthroughs, comparing the stats with that save and my new runs.

I seem to have a bug (.40). The morning I am supposed to expose myself to Annabelle, the game bugs out after I wake up and I cannot do anything. No UI, no esc to menu, just stuck in my room with no ability to go or do anything. I am using the patch and the cheats, so potentially there is an issue there.

If you're using a cheat mod, THAT'S the issue, not the game. Cheat mods are known to add bugs to saves and break the game. We will not support anyone using a cheat mod.

faerin games falling lower and lower from a masterpiece to this crap.

what a disappointment of an update.

While I do miss the more "advanced" gameplay of Mystwood Manor indeed, as open world games go this one is top notch. Updates are quite frequent, and with reasonable content; other high profile games (Eternum, Desert Stalker, CoBD...) just drop updates each 4-6 months if we're lucky. They are bigger updates, true, but the wait is excruciating. I'd take smaller but more frequent updates any day of the week and twice on sundays...

The rendering quality of this game is incredible, the plot is reasonably engaging, and while the gameplay might not be everyone's cup of tea, it's in fact quite similar to Man of the House, so Faerin is just going back to his roots here. Mystwood Manor was an oddity (and a welcome one for me), but I understant that for a porn game, that kind of gameplay is a bit niche and can alienate some of its target audience, thus earning little profit in return of the huge effort required to make it work. So a more "point-and-click" simpler interface might be preferable to reach a broader audience.

It was a clean play through from the start, no cheats or old saves... not sure why stats may be off...

Upload your Player.log file here from this path %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Midnight Sin so we can take a look.

But most of the times the problem you could have:
- long folder path
- you don't have correct permissions of the folder
- you have placed the game inside an hidden folder
