The main area only has one building with a number. Unless you mean a different area.

Actually, yeah, but it's a bit harder to use.
0. Install Python (

1. Extract the archive attached to the post into "C:/unrpa-1.5.1"
5. Put the archive.rpa into this folder as well
2. Press [win]+R to bring up the "Run command" thing
3. Type "cmd.exe" to get the console
4. Type "cd C:\unrpa-1.5.1" there
6. Type "py -3 unrpa -mp "C:\unrpa-1.5.1\extract" "C:\unrpa-1.5.1\archive.rpa"" and wait until it finishes

Yes you're correct, there is none, in earlier version there was, but the had already expanded in the later version.

I posted a walkthrough on previous page(s). Check it out. To open the chest you need to get the picklocker, Search around in the basement, or if there's shiny object/marker and click on it.
