Way too grindy...at least some hints in the game for what to do next...can't really remember all what's in the dialogues...

I'm having the same issue. At first I thought that author made it so we have to go through all the available options (since the ones not being picked was white, while the others we choosed turned gray), but it seems it's not the case. I did all the options and it still stays on loop.
sometimes the game skips some part of the story making me miss some important instructions and scenes.. eg when first meeting bella i was sudenly prompted into asking questions and had no clue on what the mc and bella talked about. another is the scene of saving emma in the beach, after getting oars and going to save her i am suddenly back at the hotel and was tasked to go save lisa in the lighthouse
Wow, totally missed that that appeared... guess the inventory would always cover the text when I flailed the mouse over the screen looking for stuff. I would highly recommend having an arrow appear, or leaving the "Bella's Villa" text always active from the beginning (maybe it is?) with a message like "The gate is locked... besides, Bella is mean."

go to street -> knife -> pot -> cleaning cab, find necklace -> go to room which is left side of cleaning cab -> click pillow -> use it on necklace -> use pliers on necklace -> give back to ingrid -> go to street -> "i'm just passing by" -> click "talk" -> distract him -> click dog and "attack" -> go to shop, then backyard -> scene with maria -> go back to room23.... but looks like there is a bug... keep jerking...

Well at least you can choose 3 different endings to repeat - straight forward handjob after you ask for help, and then a couple of other 'finishes' if you choose to start off yourself … … .. 
Are there only 5 save slots too? Seems very small number and the places you can save (when you have access to the menu button bottom left of the screen) are annoying - with most games you have the opportunity to save as the juicy bits start.

ok clicked on pillows, all it says is 'cool now i can fix the necklace' but nothing about pliers....

You should still have the pliers from when you fixed the electrical cables at the store
