I think it's uncommon, at least here in Europe, as most teenagers here know how to use contraception, and if such a young girl gets pregnant, chances are high, that parents and doctors persuade her to have an abortion. Teenage mothers may be a bit more common in the US though.

But although it may be uncommon, it is still far from unrealistic, especially compared to the settings of other porn games. A 34 year old mother of 18 year old daughter is at least more likely than a mother who swallows her son's sperm six to ten times daily. Therefore I think, Milf's Tale is still one of the more realistic porn games.
