Download rar file and open it.
İf you see just one file folder click it then
You will see 7(or more or less)folder in there
Try to find the folder which ends .exe (and their icon is blue) and double click on it
Then game will start

Before subscribing, I urge you to read the last 5 to 10 pages of this thread. And play all the parts. Then make your decision. But answering your questions:
-No, there are no missable scenes provided you actually finish each part.
- Yes, several scenes are lost after the story moves on.
- No, they add some animations on later parts. However, the gallery is just random scenes the devs decided to add. To this day it's still missing most of the content.
- No, part 1 is done. Each part is a direct sequel.

you should probably read the last few posts on this page and the last page before even considering to subscribe lmao
If the devs were honest they would simply can this project and just release version with all made scenes unlocked in gallery and move on different project with different artist. But we must not forget that there is a reason why they lost artist..................
