Hi could someone please upload the file to change the console because I have an inactive one.

It has some fuckery in it to prevent you from enabling the console normally. Here's how you can fix it: Create a file called whatever.rpy and fill it with this:

Any prediction is impossible here.
The 0.75 Update was promised at July 31 and than every two weeks (check the update from june 20).
Now (August 9), the 0.73 (smaller update) is shown as ready from 90%. Note, the prevous update from 0.6 to 0.71 was shown as 90% ready for more than year and it was about 20 minutes of game time.

I put it in the same folder as the launcher for the game.

you need to put it in the "game" folder. not the "milfy_city-0.71b" folder.
