I do not want to sound rude but who would we be? You appear to be just a member as I am. I would considered a game abandoned no matter what level of communication there is with a developer. Just think of Kick Starter as a model. As far as not wanting the game here. He could send a DMCA complaint tomorrow and have it removed Immediately. So I will treat that point as either misinformation of misleading. The guy makes the best images and the game is better than 90% of the other chaff. That does not excuse the fact that nothing has been produced to further this game since the date on the op page. The Christmas Special was just a seperate porn essentially. No base game story lines were advanced. Just hey we are in x place together, let's fuck. The last thing I have to say is that the last text context, the story, seemed mailed in the last update. I am up to supporting 5 developers on P these days. I could never see giving a developer who is to burned out to publish monthly support. But people can do what they wish with their dollars. if you are here from 2017 you should know that f95 uses these tags only based on dev official statements and not the actual status of the game , look at dual family even if everyone knows it's abandonned it's not marked in the forum because the dev is still communicating.

I think we both can see how that policy can be abused with your fine example.

I thought Sahara was the most realistic character. Now I don't use the patch. So this may affect why she may seem more normal to me than the other characters. I don't really want to go in your intellectual debate, yet this site exists so that people don't have to use Patreon... It's really bad when you are supporting him, or and any other developer, and you get nothing, but maybe, just maybe, pirate sharing forums are not right place for such complaints.

This site exists to give exposure to games like this. Without sites like F95Zone how would you ever find these low quality in development games? By low quality i mean compared to a 30-50 dollar real complete game. The developers know that marketing is a problem and this is free exposure. Business is Business. This site provides a service to both the developers and membership here. Yes many will leech 100%and never give a dime. But this is how they get any patrons. I never would have supported 5 developers without seeing their games here. Judging their quality worth support. I supported this game for a time, three months I think. You should look up marketing a bit. Supermarkets sell products like soda at a loss many times because in the end they come out ahead. The will make far more than they lose.

Forgive me for not believing a total stranger, unless you know him IRL that is what he is, says. The word is called excuse. I don't want to get into numbers, but they add up to nothing more than excuses. Heaven forbid a person should work for A WHOLE FOUR YEARS. I mean that is practically retirement age isn't it? How else would you find these types of incomplete games in development? Where else can developers get this kind of exposure for their .1 or less games inprogress? I have only found them on sites exactly like this one. No mainstream outlet is going to publish or list incest, Futa,Beastiality and other fucked up porn games...that are alpha. incomplete game exist where again? This site lets people find fucked up games. And the devolopers find P's here to support their content generation. Clear enough?

We would be Discord members that have shared Icstors post previously and are therefore trustworthy. Icstor is considered trustworthy by most because of his record.

Highly debatable. His games are not uploaded here, only the links are shared. F95zone is not responsibly for the content of user posts. At best he could contact filehosting sites and demand his games be taken down. His games would just be reuploaded or be shared somewhere else like svscomics. This is true for every creator not just Icstor. I don't think Icstor is a fan of this site since it is against the rules to mention it in his discord.

Are you serious? People are free to support him and people can have different opinions, but explaining or arguing why they would do so is considered excuse making by you? Besides I literally didn't make any excuses for Icstor, if anything I attacked him for a lack of communication and "accidentally" charging people in April.

Read my post again. I said the dumpster fire would happen if this site labeled the game as abandoned even though "we" just heard from Icstor. I consider this a fact since you already had several complains on every page about the onhold tag not being removed immediately when "we" heard from Icstor being back to work.

The DMCA cuold take this site down if it did not comply with removal of said links. This is not a debate in the USA at least. If I am correct P is a USA based company and thus bound by ts copyright laws. It is done t YouTube content creators constantly.

Yes developers can sign up here, and interact with people playing their games. Some might even decide to finance their games.
But neither of things you mentioned is *providing services to developers*.
They can use any social media for marketing, but nobody except crowd funding providers like Patreon is providing them services. They can use same "services" as other members.
To cut it short, I strongly doubt ICSTOR will give fuck over people ranting here he hadn't post any update in this year. On hold and Abandoned tags are made to inform users, not to "warn" developers.

So you have a game. But you and your friends are the only ones who would ever play it without an outlet like this. As I mentioned B4 this is a toxic product that has very limited means of distribution. These developers live off of contributions from fans. Steam won't touch this stuff. So you are the developer of this type of incomplete game. Please explain where else you would get millions of views and in this developers case, 1000's of Ps. Social media?
