the pregnancy stay 9 months it's almost a year plus the 3 windows to get pregnant of the child in any case if the mc is 18 that's mean that Sarah is 17 an underage girl who loves Anal

Seriously, someone (maybe a patron) should warn him about this. Just changing the protagonist age to 19 would help fix any kind of legal trouble.

there is also the fact that during mc and caroline talk he said( if u are not playing sarah content) that the difference in age between him and sarah that was the cause of not getting along together very well (again if you not playing sarah content) and i assumed that a 1 year difference could not be used in such a way

The age of the characters is never specified in the game and the highschool in the game may work differently from the one in the real world so I don't think there is any real risk.
