Oh wow. It's a bit baffling to see this happen considering how consistent he was with his previous updates of Mifly City. Delays happen at times, but delay after delay after delay and then no animation to boot apparently? Something that he was consistent at? And he has completed games in the past.
I could understand if it's a big update, and it supposely is, but assuming if he isn't intentionally milking the customers, I think the management is off. In this case, maybe it's better to ask the fans if they want stories in smaller increments and wait less or larger portions and wait for a long time. I don't know if that's what he did or not tho. Or maybe say it'll be done when it's done, and don't give the fans that much expectations of a due date until you are confident it's ready. Maybe just show some pics or something.
Compared to Man of the House and Dating my Daughter, whose consistency is on point, this really sucks for ppl who eagerly waiting/paying for it. Despite everything, I don't know what's going on behind the scenes. And granted, I think the renders and animations are better here than like 99% of the games here, at least that I played. So it takes time, but it's been a year pretty much and nothing to show for it as of yet because of delays. I still would rather it be delayed than it being crap. So, there's that. But the thing that trips me out is that the updates used to be more consistent and on time than 0.6.
If the update do comes out, hopefully it'll be great. Hopefully the content will be sexy and cool. I'll be a little disappointed if it doesn't come out and get cancelled, but there are other games and activities to do.
