I think you need to delete Mily City folder in roaming app data whatever is called in c:/ but am not sure

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

It's safer to use UnRen to do it for this Dev's games; he turns it off in multiple places.

i just downloaded the file from official link (Mega) series of Milfy_City-0.6c-BETA-pc.

When i unzipping the file there is some errors and it said archive is corrupt.
After i finished the unzipping, i can't run the game and a notepad appear said:

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While running game code:
