The walkthrough talks about binoculars, but (and it's been a while) I think I did that.
Then it mentions a gym at the school? I don't have a gym at the school.

I completed every other storyline, but I can't figure this one out.

ANY animations? What, do you think he spent the time to rip out the animations from previous versions? Of course he didn't - those are still there. There are no new animations. Like it says in the changelog in the OP.
