I guess my problem is I think there's a difference between someone being good-looking, and being 'attractive'. Mostly, I just think her facial features are a turn-off for my tastes. It's not the freckles or green eyes, I've dated women with one (or both) of those features. There's just something about... her.
While I get some people like it, I'm not a fan of the shy thing. There are too many personality problems that usually accompany that, and it just seems like the result will be a needy, very tiring relationship. "I'm too shy to have sex with you but I'll let you stick my bum"? I find THAT a little off as well.
Lastly as an aside, why is she attracted to the MC in the first place? At least with Caroline you 'earned' it by working for her, giving her capital, etc. But no such reasoning with Sara (sorry I spelled it wrong before), so what's her angle?
As an aside, you do realize this particular pic is fan art, right? This girl actually looks better than the in-game version to me.

TLDR: 0.6's full release is 2 months overdue by Icstor's own estimates that he upheld up until mid August. If the animations aren't relased this month, it will be the about the fifth time he missed one of his own estimates for the same update.

So, the following is just my opinion.
First of all, a game is a game so I don't care if it is not 100% realistic ( I am referring to the answer you got from the other guy) .
However, I would say that it could be that pregnancies will be a thing also in the harem route, but it is not very likely in my opinion, although I would love it.
