Uuh, I'll also make a guess:
I think there will be Judy content in 0.7. It will be used to justify a delay.
Late December/early January:
"Hey everyone, I decided to expand this update by adding Judy into it. After 0.6 being such a large update everyone would feel disappointed if 0.7 was only about Sarah. Unfortunately, that means we have to push this release a little bit. I hope that there will be no more delays. The % progress bar will be stay like that for a while to represent the real current progress since I am expanding the scope of this next update to include Judy."
Mid/late February:
"Hey everyone, good news.
We made really good progress and Sarah's content is almost finished.
Unfortunately, I also had a lot of problems with my rendering software. This is why Judy will receive less content than Sarah."
Damn dude, you're actually pretty good at writing patch updates (and the associated circular reasoning that supposedly justifies chronic, lengthy delays). I understand that this was written in a tongue in cheek manner, but regardless it's superior to the majority of Patreon dev patch notes that I've come across. Just wanted to chime in with my observation.'
And as far as the substance of your theoretical timeline, I see nothing that's an unreasonable expectation based on past track record... I basically force myself to forget about and ignore that this game exists for ~6 months at a time, and when I finally stumble onto it again there should (theoretically) be enough new content to justify the download.
Although the whole no animation launch was a real head scratcher for me. Like the animations are the whole point of this game for most of the audience; delaying animations (and then not keeping to your updated timetable) beyond content release just makes the new content feel depressing.
