There is no other place to get them other than the computer. You are using version .6c?
Did you use an old save when you started playing .6c? Are you finished with all the content? If so, maybe you can get a complete save and see if it works. If not I would guess that your actual game is corrupted.

Unfortunately, in update 0.6C the main gallery is not implemented. Only the secret gallery.
I would assume that has to do with the animations not yet being implemented. That makes sense since the replay would be broken I guess.
In the gallery of scenes not only sex scenes, but also dialogues. Without animation, there will simply be no cycle, you just click the mouse and that's it.
