If you want Linda to be a Mom and roommates to be sisters, then install the incest patch.
If you are satisfied with everything, then you do not need it.

So I'm too lazy to download the new version of the game: Is the built-in skip-the-minigames option sufficient, or is my mod still necessary?
A lot of people complained about the mini-games, although I had no problems with them. Now everyone has already passed 0.6, but I think that in 0.7 the developer will also add a bunch of mini games for Sara.
