The only problem I see with ICStor and phenomena like these is that a lot of that money could have been put to better use with other developers who deliver better quality. Two years ago this game was top notch for the genre, today it's a bit above average, but nowhere near the top. The last release was actually mediocre to say the least.No one is milking anyone. The creators don't decide how much money they receive. If they receive a lot, it's simply because the supply for this kind of content is low. It's a good thing, because it's an incentives for developers to increase the supply.
As it is now, many creators struggle while consistenly pushing out better things, but they don't get the backing that would mean they could improve even more.
