As said above you've basically done nothing in the mom quest so it's no wonder you can't work any further for her.

You need to exhaust all dialogue options during morning.
Go to the kitchen during the evening for the boob touching.
Go to her room during evening for the phone call with Judy.
Go to her room during night for the cunnilingus scene.

You're missing so many scenes I'm not even sure I listed them all.

Spoiler alert at the end they try to guilt trip you into thinking that they're ruined forever, but they can sell their investments and get most of their money back. She was just angry at you for ruining their "brilliant" criminal scheme, and now they're moving to the next town to find a better chump. I was seriously wondering if the game was going to bad end when she pulled out the knife though. On the downside I might miss out on future versions with sexy SEC investigators.

I gotta say, the dad in this is actually a pretty decent human being.

A lot of these games seem to set it up so your character's dad is either explicitly or implicitly the last boss, but the MC dad's just a well-meaning middle-aged dork who's aged worse than his wife did. I was expecting to find a stack of corpses in his office or something.

This is probably the first time where I genuinely want there to be an option where you could set the PC's dad up in a happier lifestyle. Maybe we could hook him up with a perky young dominatrix for him to spoil rotten?
