Looks like he's already sick of Icstor's shit and has given up. Looking back, he used to make several posts every few days. This month he has made one post wishing people fun with Cyberpunk. In his last post before that he called out Icstor:

Oh I completely agree. Just Ashbash actually communicates when there's something to communicate about.
It's almost definite he'll do another "rush to completion" job with this, like he's already given himself the reputation for.

We're on a pirating site... sure, if they'd go legit that would be the case, but given the hype around this game, I'd say money coupled with anonymity would be a bigger incentive than branding and public recognition. Afterall, this whole game genre is about making money and not as an experience in applying at Konami/others for a job.
But the options to earn money with that are limited and require you to open up an account to a legal paysites.
I think HE never worked on 0.7... all those hollow promisses of game development were based on his contractors working while he enjoyed live
