Only reason to go 0.6->1.0 is that you don't even have 0.7 close to being ready and you need to buy more time, otherwise you'd just release 0.7 and then announce 0.7->1.0. I'd wager that we get 0.7 in the summer when it becomes clear that 1.0 is unattainable in 2021. It's just a ruse to buy extra 5-6 months to finish a single update, that's all. You have to admire the nerve it takes to keep this long-con going.

His next announcement will be "The Ultimate Gumdrop Move": announcing a Remastered Milfy City from scratch. He's gonna tell he's not happy with the game quality, so he will remake everything from scratch.

Doesn't really change what upjumpedthedevil's said, does it? If 0.7 was anywhere near finished, there would be no reason to hold on to it to relase it in a bigger update at a later time.
Imho, this is the same old move of trying to justify a delay by announcing an expansion. He did the same thing with 0.6, saying he can't release it in April because it would be without animations, then released it without animations in October. Or saying the update is delayed because he'll include the neighbors and then later saying they won't get as much content because his Computer didn't work.

This is a very important message so please read it all. I will say what I’m planning for the next year.
But, first off, I’m really sorry for this delayed post. I wasn’t lately and generally this year in good mental health. Probably many of you already knew, but I have problems with stress and panic attacks, and at the moment I can’t work as I want to. The best thing for me now is to focus on one game and finish it without any ETA’s.
Milfy Kingdom:
I really wanted to create more for this game this year, but this project is very large and time consuming compared to my previous other projects, that’s why I put this game “On Hold '' for the foreseeable future until I am ready to work on this again. Most probably after finishing Milfy City.
Milfy City:
This should actually be good news for some of you. I’m planning to release a full version of this game next year. Yeah, almost all characters except some that did not have story content at all up to now. I can call it “version 1.0” as it will probably be the completed basic version, maybe I will add something more to it in the future in terms of post game content but time will tell.
Here’s what many of you have wanted and asked for: Some previews of the upcoming full version with many different characters:
( I did not include Judy and Sara content in this.)
