I wouldn't say that his project had any major impact on either the industry nor the genre.
Games that developed the industry are much older, like Breeding Season (which is sadly another bad example) or Sim Girls.
ICStor always only rode the train of other succesfull developers.
If anything Patreon had the highest impact on Western made porn games (wether or not that is a good or bad one anyone has to answer for themselfes and is mostly inluenced by which Developer you look at)

I'm doing the Celia storyline, and I'm supossed to distract the security guard in the security room in the school in order to steal/erase some security tapes.
How do I distract him? There's no clues, and there're no new buildings opened, the only kinda clue I got is that the security guard buys his meal in 3 different places, but I don't see any place where I can buy burgers or any other kind of fast food, imagine 3!!
