According to dev there is update coming at some point in this year that completes the game. But since he isn't known for being trustworthy, I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
I feel like I live in an alternate universe where ICSTOR died and someone is just collecting checks on his Patreon account.

You can find it from icstor.com, although I recommend you to think twice before joining there since it’s filled with his patron white knights defending him and everybody who happen to say something negative about him or his working will be either muted or banned right away, so join it on your own risk.

His discord is not really active. Perhaps they have muted everybody (yes they mute people who ask about the update).

I laughed when I found out that Icstor announced "Milfy Kingdom". A few months ago, during an attack of honesty, he confessed that he hadn't worked on his game for several months because he had lost interest in the characters or something. He even suggested that he would work on more concise projects in the future to prevent this from happening again. Months later he announces a new project that instead of taking place in a city, will take place in an entire kingdom .

Any game that did not have an update in 6 months would put it as abandoned it does not matter if it is active in its patreon, since only some enter they put any nonsense, so they do not put them as abandoned
If it took out an update even after it was abandoned, it would take away the abandoned one, if it happened again 6 months, not take anything out, it would be put as abandoned forever
Being sincere, half of those who create games are only to laugh at their patreons, to get only money from them, it's too bad they already put any nonsense, on their page to reassure them, and do not put them as abandoned, on the page this is that it continues active working on the update when the next date arrives they seek an apology that it could not be that it is postponed to another date
