It is not worth it. There are far more better games with better renders and story. Even as an dev ICSTOR is not among the best. As soon people start to forget this game as better.

I laughed when I found out that Icstor announced "Milfy Kingdom". A few months ago, during an attack of honesty, he confessed that he hadn't worked on his game for several months because he had lost interest in the characters or something. He even suggested that he would work on more concise projects in the future to prevent this from happening again. Months later he announces a new project that instead of taking place in a city, will take place in an entire kingdom .

If I were the administrator of this page, I would put new rules
Any game that did not have an update in 6 months would put it as abandoned it does not matter if it is active in its patreon, since only some enter they put any nonsense, so they do not put them as abandoned
If it took out an update even after it was abandoned, it would take away the abandoned one, if it happened again 6 months, not take anything out, it would be put as abandoned forever
Being sincere, half of those who create games are only to laugh at their patreons, to get only money from them, it's too bad they already put any nonsense, on their page to reassure them, and do not put them as abandoned, on the page this is that it continues active working on the update when the next date arrives they seek an apology that it could not be that it is postponed to another date

it is good when devs ,either earn that much money so they are finally able to get the most valuable assets for any upstanding developing-team looking for mil..developing games, aka paid/profi bots on various sites/networks (i believe that could be the case here now), or when they manage to recruit blind followers/protectors acting as nonpaid bots (probably not that many of those remained with this game though).

That would not change the reality of things at all. Milfy City is a game as popular as Summertime Saga (according to Google Trends). These types of very large projects are not affected by the way a forum like f95zone deals with them.

Milfy City is in this state for a single reason: Icstor no longer wants to work on this game, and he confessed it publicly. He did not have the courage to abandon the game, however, and have to deal with 8000 patrons who would consider him a con artist...

There is more interest on Icstor doing nothing on this thread than developers actively doing something on most other threads which is some really weird shit and then some. I only began Milfy City a week or two ago after seeing it listed as the best, or near best, adult game available in several top ten lists, and found it to be a great game of the genre with brilliant art, engaging characters, excellent dialogue and a really interesting story. Milfy City must have a lot going for it for people to still care about it so much, positively and negatively, to keep visiting this thread to comment about it. I don't know if it will ever be completed or not but hope against hope that it will, because I would love to know how the tale played out to its end, and until Icstor is reported to have retired or died I will keep popping back here, from time to time, expecting nothing and yet with every visit always hoping for good news.

The real problem is Milfy has massive exposure still. Whenever you look up lewd games, it comes up as #1 on all sites (even here). You see teaser videos on pornhub and Xhamster, while looking at real porn and the comments make you curious what this game is about. That's how I first learned about lewd games 2 years ago, via a youtube suggestion.

A few days ago a Reddit thread blew up with someone asking if people actually played those 'you won't last 10 seconds' games that you get ads for on porn sites (even here) and within the thread it was popular to mention this site. So literal hundreds of new eyes came looking for what the community considered the 'best' game in this genre and when you click search by votes guess what game comes up as top rated...

So hundreds of new players download the game, fall in love with it and rush to Patron to support in the euphoria induced need for more. They are brand new and don't post here, they know zero about anything beyond 'that was really fun' and $1 a month is chicken scratch really. Being unconcerned, it takes literal months before they get curious enough to look for information and only then do they finally learn the truth and abandon ship, but by then, thanks to the exposure... he's already getting a fresh new batch of newbies donating.

Milfy was my first, and I got addicted to these games and played hundreds of others before I even realized Milfy was doomed. I never looked for information, I'd just go to a different site and download whatever game had nice preview pics. Eventually my addiction resulted in having numerous games I wanted more from and that is finally what brought me to this forum but for most, their interest never goes beyond passing curiosity and throwing dollars and a few games they enjoyed. I am a Patreon patron but would only consider supporting a creator if he/she were actively developing games and/or Ren'Py novels of exceptional beauty, depth and quality. I would also consider purchasing completed games of that kind, for a one-off payment, rather than being drip fed them episodically, although I understand and appreciate the value of the Patreon model as a means to generate a steady and predictable income for creators.

That said even though I love Milfy City I would not part with any money, particularly long-term on a monthly basis, to support a developer who is no longer working as a kind of open-ended "thank you" for a marvellous creation he/she began but abandoned uncompleted. The superior art, story, characterisation, dialogue and design of Milfy City encourages support for Icstor from interested parties, eager enjoy entertainments and delights offered by such a compulsive and immersive virtual world, and I myself would probably be inclined to support Icstor financially provided the Patreon subscription were affordable and he produced regular high-quality updates of his games and commitment creating new games.

Until and unless that day arrive I will remain a sincere admirer.
