Not everyone can access the LewdPatcher website to download the patch due to "restictions" depending on where or how they access the internet. For instance, I can't access it while at work and some WIFI hotspots restrict the content they allow thru their network.

According to the patreon those secret images are rewards that can be requested once per month by the highest tier patrons ($100), so they're not exactly ICSTOR's own ideas and I doubt he has any plans of developing them into full scenes.
