Seriously, this game is abandoned. Anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves. Can we just tag it as such and move on with our lives? If he actually does manage to release an update and it's good I'm happy to revisit things but this is just a trap for newbies who want to support devs they like. It actively harms the community.

It isn't going to be updated. The game is abandoned. Cancel your sub and complain to patreon about it. Dude is 100% a scammer at this point... what he's doing is unethical.
