It's obvious he cares, we have a massive userbase here of over 3.5 million people. Any dev with any common sense knows to try and tap into that, it's how they bring in the money. Free advertising to millions and if they play it right they can bring in thousands a month.

I agree with you. Every developer who has a game and wants to make it work should be using all the resources they can gather. Even if this site weren't huge on searches, it would still be dumb to leave them behind. Even with TONS of people who will never subscribe and pay for whatever reason, there are still people who are very helpful as trouble shooting resources, willing to give up a simple dollar a month to help the game continue and be good, as well as offer helpful suggestions. So for every ten people giving this guy shit, he did make a good game at one point. Then he started cheating the very people he owes the ability to make the game to. That's not only bad business, it's stupid. Hell, if I get to 7000 subs, I'd not only have the render farm to make my game better and deliver more, I'd have side content being made pretty much daily as I created stuff ... because I finally could without having to sit and wait on crappy equipment, long render times freezing up the one screen I have for hours, and the hours I have to spend at my regular job while working on it. This dude is really dropping the ball here. Maybe he lost the love for the game, maybe he got stuck in a rut somehow. Making a new game and abandoning a game people clearly love isn't going to fix it. It just means one unfinished game eventually becomes two. Instead, why not get a month ahead on your content, tell your supporters you're taking a month off, and then come back fresh? They'd be all for it if you were responsive, and giving from the start. I just don't get it, or the guy who does F.I.L.F. either. Abusing the people who made them what they could be in the future. Sad.
Thank you for the correction, my bad. but, you solidified my statement with the last sentence to stated...and I quote "However, for litigation purposes you have to first register your work." and I don't believe that has been done by the "dev" (and I use that term VERY loosely) in this case.
