Paypal is a competitor. Mastercard is the bigger influence because they blacklist like no tomorrow. If Mastercard doesn't like you, Paypal and Patreon don't like you. Even after all that Patreon is still uneven-handed with its policies.

I do agree with the unevenness of their policy enforcement, but that just shows that they don't care as long as you keep that stuff to a low profile and don't get reported for anything. Its when enough people start reporting these devs for anything, even milking, that forces their hand and they have to look.

Well it seems that the next update is soon to be released. Icstor confirmed the release of v0.71 on July 14th. He also confirmed that there will be game updates happening every 2 weeks.
So the v0.75 update should be around the end of July
So what to expect in v0.71?
There will be around 200 images and 20 animations. So the update is not going to be as big we have hoped but it's finally good that the most talked about game gets developed further."

Old news to us here already. You're only about two weeks or so behind, but I'm sure the others here who are not so optimistic (to put it kindly) aren't going to be well pleased to see a reminder of how the last 16 or so months have been for them.

There is nothing new in this article. The abandoned tag is only forum wide. It got put in place because ICSTOR didn't communicate for 3 months (as per forum rules). If he provides an update it will go away. He has not made an update in 2 years though just made false promises so his trust capital is spent.
