As a long time player and resident of this thread, I'm actually sitting down to do a Sara run today, and just got to the "new content," meaning the July '21 update (using that term very loosely) and laughed when I remembered you STILL see the "Content" warning at the end of the initial content, as seen below:

The Corruption tag is there, in my opinion, for Sara's content, which is sort of what he's doing to her. A lot of games have the "teaching the younger sister" sex stuff. In other games, it's even considered grooming almost, but as a 2-yr player almost of this game, the Corruption tag, in my opinion, is sorta accurate.

In this game all the women want to be with you from the start. You don't do anything "malicious" to make them desire you, which is what corruption is IMO. If you make good things and that's why they desire you then it's not corruption, it's romance.

"Corruption is the abuse of power for a private gain". For example, he does corrupt Sara by using "some" manipulation to get her do what he wants. Obviously she is willing to go for it from the get go, but the main character still does need to use some corruption to push her buttons so that she goes over the limit. And I take it that you skipped Celia's route, as that had the most corruption in the whole game? She doesn't want to be with main character (which is the whole backstory for the whole game), and the main character has to blackmail and corrupt her to get her. Hell, he even drugs her so he can basically just rape her and corrupt her mind that way. Caroline also has some corruption on her path, as she is not willing to be with the main character from the start, so the main character has to corrupt her mind also a little bit.

I haven't finished Celia's route, for the moment there's only blackmail. In the case of Caroline she wants to be with you because you help her and in fact she confesses that she loves you since a long time ago (and that's why she distances herself from you at some point).
In the case of Sara after that scene she sends you a nipple shot without any input from you. Then you play with her again (because she wants to see you naked again) but you win by changing the controller. And then she comes to your bed to touch your dick and take another picture without any interaction from you (she just talks with her friend). Hell, after that you play the bottle game and she gets jealous, only to end up asking you if you want her to give you a blowjob (again, this is her idea and you don't push her in any way).
If that's corruption for you then we will have to disagree. Now, if the Celia's route is as you say then the corruption tag is correct, but there is no corruption in the house.

The literal definition for corruption is "the abuse of power for a private gain", that is a fact that's not debatable. He does exactly that with every other girl in the game except Linda, as Linda is the one who corrupts the main character in their relationship.
