Probably because he wrote that Milfy Mafia is Milfy City with original content, well... he said so. On other hand he is not really trustworthy...
But you know what, use the report function and explain there that game should be marked with onhold prefyx. Making requests this way wont be noticed by mods.

I don't think so. Milfy Mafia is developed at SubsribeStar. By Patreon ToS, he cant advertise it on Patreon if it contains content prohibited by it. On hold is developer requested. The dev himself needs to ask for this to be tagged as on hold.
The most they will do here is mark it abandoned if the dev goes quiet for 3 months.

Well he already did advertise it on Patreon as "Milfy Mafia Ep 1" and now he is advertising it as "Project X" in there once again. His latest post still tells "the official name of the next project is “Milfy Mafia''. But the polls and news for this game will not appear here. Yes, NLT Games are on a whole other level with their animations and graphical fidelity, but they are not 'frequent', they're more of an exception tbh

Academy, Bad Memories, Betrayed, Clara's Love Hotel, Deadlocked in Time, DeadMoon Survival, Desert Stalker, Deviant Anomalies, Eternum, Hero's Harem Guild, Harem Hotel, Hillside, Kindread, Life with Mary, Maou-Sama, Melatonin Magiks, MIST, MurMur, My New Family, My New Memories, My Real Desire, Now & Then, Once in a Lifetime, Radiant, Rebirth, Retrieving the past, SandStorm, Single Again, Summer's Gone, The Awakening, The DeLuca Family, Twisted World, Tainted Heritage.
I didn't even quoted good short ones (like "Nya!" or "Kidnap", for example), and I quoted only the ones with "above average quality" renders, regardless story quality - and I didn't quoted some with good story but with "average and below" renders neither I quoted the three "big" NLT games individually, or their little games.
By "above average quality", I mean renders that don't look like a low-res render upscaled with a bilinear filtering to smooth them, with good/consistent lightning, good models with natural expressions, easy to distinguish LI (see previous messages for details), smooth animations if relevant - I prefer no animations than bad ones, but that's my own opinion - and so on. Using original backgrounds / decors is obviously a huge "plus", I'm quite tired of seeing the same park but when it's an ironic reference.
For stories, even if some are undoubtedly good and acclaimed, some are good FOR ME, but may not please to everyone - for example, I love dark humor, irony, second degree, and even sometimes nonsensical humor, but not everyone do and it can be a huge turn off for some people...
So I gave you at least 40 games superior, graphically speaking, to Milfy City... And ONLY within my own kinks: I've seen several other games with excellent renders, but with things I don't/can't like. It doesn't change anything, they have excellent renders anyway: the game is just not for me.

It would be fascinating to see if this actually happened since there's so many different barriers involved. Patreon would have to give up the identity of the infringer and ICSTOR would have to reveal himself since I'm pretty sure you can't sue someone anonymously. The amounts involved likely aren't worth the hassle and expense of hiring a lawyer; the few hundred bucks a month at stake wouldn't cover a half-day's billing rate of a decent IP attorney.
You'd also run into issues if the infringing party is located in a separate country (particularly if it's one that takes a somewhat dim view of IP protection for foreign parties), and even if you climbed all of that you'd have the horribly embarrassing situation of a legal case over a knockoff of a thinly-veiled incest porn game. Can you imagine shit like this going to discovery? I'd lay odds that ICSTOR pirated the Daz models and various modeling tools long before he saw a single nickel of Patreon cash, which would get him in all manner of trouble with the amount of money he's earned from his games over the years.
Sorry but no you didn't, that just seems like a list of personal favorites. I must confess I don't know a lot of the titles you mentioned but I've seen a few like Harem Hotel, My New Family, MIST and MurMur but none of those are visually more attractive ('superior') to me, not by a long shot. Harem Hotel for instance is a waaayyyy better game for a multitude of reasons, but not graphics. Then again it is kinda hard to compare art styles that way, what with the different HS versions etc. Maybe we should just chalk it up to personal preference. Still appreciate the post, will check out some of the titles you mentioned.
