Sara's update last year was delayed because he claimed he was affected by the flood in in the western germany/belgium/netherlands area so if he didn't lie he's from one of those countries

Really doesn't matter where he's from to be honest, it's his business practices that suck in the long-run. The man has conned us for two years, and he's still conning 4000+ people, and he will continue to con as long as people are willing to feed him money for doing nothing.
Milfy Mafia holds the reigns now for the next victims of the continued con. You think he'll finish that? Nope. This was and could've been his biggest game, and now it's the biggest blight on his so called career.

yup, and that will continue to live on as long as Patreon looks the other way about it. They more than have a justified reason to close him down, as SubStar did from what I heard. If you take away his avenues of revenue, then all he can do is slink back into his cave

Ever since the game was tagged abandonned the thread has never been that active
But those 4000+ are paying for nothing. So Patreon is getting 20% for free.And Patreon charge 20% clear
Much worse is that apparently many can no longer count and have lost any connection to money. And this is not an isolated case, there are programmers who make such games and their highest patreon level is over 500€....Microsoft can only dream of such an income with its Windows....

It's a very long story.
Basically, ICSTOR didn't release an update for this game for nearly two years. Last July, after the first placement of the Abandoned tag, we got a 15-minute Sara update literally the next day, which, as you can probably expect, didn't go over well at all.
Ever since then, we MAYBE had one worthwhile dev update here and then everything went quiet again, and remained quiet. Then the Patreon thing happened, Celia got removed along with a bunch of other stuff; dialogue got changed, certain references were removed, and that was the death knell for this game.
We got an update from him in November about his "next game," Milfy Mafia, which supposedly, takes place in the Milfy City world. Project X/Milfy Kingdom was put on the backburner almost immediately, being dead and buried before it was able to draw a single breath.
Since that November update, nothing but radio silence. Patreon shit got worse, people were reporting him, SubStar recently whacked out his account because of no communication....
Whatever good reputation he had , or managed to have, is dead. Milfy City is dead, which is tragic in a way, but it is. I still play it and I still enjoy it when I do, even though I'm not going to get my Caroline ending, but at least her story was ended at a point where you can say she did get an ending.
It sucks, but that's the way ICSTOR is.
