I did my Caroline run a week or so ago, maybe less than that, and seeing the ending choice for her being pregnant got me a little upset. Something we'll never see, and it sucks. I would've loved to have seen how they dealt with the baby. Maybe they would've moved into Charles' "house" since he got whacked my the Headmaster's "associates."

Lain's mod should already come with the uncensored patch. so no, to answer your question, both do the same thing. You don't need the Lewdp if you use the mod
