I honestly can't tell you what's going to happen in the future. What matters most right now is completing a version of Milfy City were every character's story can be played to its conclusion.

If you take a look, I've answered variations of this question a few times now.

For clarity:
No, there is no harem in the 1.0 release.
Doing so would delay the release by at least 3 months by my estimate.
The game absolutely deserves a harem route.
If ICSTOR wants to go down a harem route I would happily plan one out and work on it.
I don't know what ICSTOR's plans are though.

Do you mean like a gallery to view scenes that you've already seen? Or repeat interactions where you can go back and visit the same characters?

If so, the answer is yes to the first one, and yes to the second one for SOME characters in some situations.

I'm gonna say, with a fairly high degree of confidence, that we'd need three months for a proper harem ending. I'll talk you through my thought process.

For a proper harem ending you need all the variant options for threesomes+a harem.

1. Linda+Sara
2. Caroline+Linda
3. Sara+Caroline
4. All 3 main girls

This can be extended further if you start bringing in other main characters such as Liza, Yazmin, Judy etc. (Or heck, why not Bob?)

To begin, you need to write an introductory scene for each of the possible variants outlined above.
Why would Sara want to share the main character with her sist- I mean, Caroline? She's an especially jealous character.
How would Caroline feel about you screwing Sara at the same time as you had been dating her?

There needs to be some kind of scene where the main character breaks the ice with both girls in order to propose a threeseome/foursome. The status of the relationship between each of the two girls has to be established.

There's probably some kind of intermediary scene then. A group date, a dinner, cinema, the beach - something where you can have all three characters talk and interact to explore their reactions to the proposed threesome, and see how they react to knowing the main character has been simultaneously dating both of them up to this point.

Finally, you can conclude each route with a threesome. You need to render a wide variety of images and variations for each scene, giving players the choice as to whcih girl they want to finish on, what they want the girls to do, lesbian options for the girls while MC watches.

And, while not necessary, a nice closing feature might be some post-threesome content where you could "summon" the women for threesomes at your request. Kind of like what you do when you wake the women up at night and pick from a menu of actions.

So, as a quick summary you've got:
1.) A lot of characterisation and script planning to do;
2.) Renders and animations for introduction, date, the actual threesome/harem, and post-game "summoning" scenes;
3.) A load of writing across these scenes to actually make a somewhat beliveable story that these women would suddenly agree to a threesome;
4.) Getting all this programmed.

I hope that clarifies my line of thinking; although, I am approaching this plan from the perspective of a writer, rather than that of a 3D artist or a programmer.

Or you could follow the lead of Inceton games, and just have an update where you throw all the character development out the window and the girls turn into insatiable cum dumpsters with no personality.

Must be some phobes over there at CROWDFUNDINGPLATFORM if they think it can't even be fixed with some different dialogue.

If shitstor had actually worked on the game in the past 2 years instead of just milking money while jerking off on gay sex, this game could have had an harem route and no storyline removed (many devs release a clean version on Patreon and a patch here to restore the content). I bet my life that IF the final version will come out this month, it will be with a rushed ending made by 20 renders maximum.

Don't believe this bullshit! The real reason is that they ran out of excuses to milk money, so they (allegedly) are rushing a "final version" of the game and to do so, they have to keep the content to the minimum.

The problem was that the younger neighbour was NOT gay, and was being coerced into a same-sex relationship against her will. She wanted to date guys etc, and the older neigjbour was being obsessively controlling.

Question: Are you a employer of ICSTOR? Or Independant?

I took over the writing for ICSTOR when he needed someone to write for Taboo Request. I was paid $250 for the writing in that short game after it released.

I then did the writing for MILF's Villa, and was paid $500-$1000 for each update that I wrote for after I had completed the work. When it came to Milfy City I was paid after each update was released.

During periods of time when there is no work, I don't get paid. I have no pension, sick leave, annual leave etc. I file a self-assessment tax return every year with the HMRC.

A few months ago I posted on here announcing when I had started taking on more roles for ICSTOR in addition to writing the game's dialogue. For example: Running a job competition for new 3D artists, negotiating with Patreon about their Trust and Safety guidleines, writing first drafts of character plots, some project management stuff etc.

I have not been paid anything for Milfy City 1.0, and I won't be paid anything until the game releases.

With all due respect, I was the one who negotiated with Patreon and fixed the problems on ICSTOR's behalf. The amount of work that I had to do within the space of just over a month was insane.

On the 7th September Patreon suspended ICSTOR's page with a collection of evidence from both in-game and outside the game, including incest patches - which we had to explain were fan-made.

During that time I had to read and redraft 900+ A4 pages of dialogue for the entire game to date, send the new scripts to Patreon, and then have them picked apart by the Trust and Safety Team, starting the process again with more constraints.

I ended up having to go through the entire game's script at least five times between 7th September and 14th October before they finally accepted a version they liked.

Some of the other content we had to deal with included:
-All references to familial relations;
-All references to any characters attending a school (now a university/college);
-Bob seemed to act too much like a "father-figure" to the main character;
-The word "teen" cannot be used, not even in the context of "eighteen or nineteen", and unfortuantely not in the context of "Fuck my tight teenage pussy!";
-Patreon did not like any references to qualifications achieved by characters. e.g. "I got an A in English"
-Patreon did not like Sara being grounded. It seemed more like a mom-daughter relationship than a landlord/tenant one;
-Sara's skirt gets flipped by Linda. Patreon found that bad in the context of the prior point.
