Don't just simply use the given code as you'll need the locker from where you aquire it anyway. So take her key from Classroom 2, use it on Teacher's Break Room and the code is in the locker there.

I'd suggest using the new version of the game. Otherwise you have to use console to get past those issues. One requires setting the day manually, the other requiers switching a trigger about owning the key for her room.
