Let me remind you that at the time he claimed the game is 90% complete. Latter it was 95%, there was 99% completion mark. And here we are today celebrating 80% (or 90%? i don't know just pick an number) completion out of nowhere. There is less consistency in this thread than in a mad guys head.
As long as supporters give him money every month, he will not deliver anything. When the number of supporters will decrease, another one will appear who will lie as nicely as possible so that it increases in place, somewhere to 4000-4500. It seems that it suits Milkstor to be here without doing anything. Paradoxically, the game is not released because of patreons. And it won't be. Because they are too naive.
Right, it makes so much more sense for him to fake it and pay someone to make a new version of the game without that content so that people that don't know about the patch will be mad at him for removing content...

You can't close your patreon page with that message about it being under review yourself by the way, he would have to ask someone from patreon to help him fake it, which again makes no sense

There is a hidden Milfy City version only for patreons with montlhy updates and they won't tell anyone.

The message about being under review appeared months after it was claimed to be under review if it ever did and it was supposed to be finished after that (again)
Well it's been almost 2 years so i don't remember but looking at the dates on patreon it seems that you are right, it was allegedly under review once in august and once in october...
doesn't really change the fact that making the game worse just to make up some excuse you don't need doesn't make any sense
also i don't think subscriptions are renewed when a page is under review so having the page down for a month could potentially cost icstor tens of thousands of dollars and patreon takes a ~10% cut so that's also thousands of dollars for them
