Sadly that is impossible,Patreon should change thier patronage system.
They need to monitor whether developers are honest.
Altho there is one way that most company's do to track work at home employee's.
But this can only be done through company property's.
it is otherwise illegal in many country's due privacy violation.
They can track development activity's like steam and other publishers do based on given contracts.
Deadlines... wich can always get delayed with good reasons given to do so.
I doubt Patreon can do that, as they are not a publishing company.
However, given that patreon is a free for all donation source...
in the end it is a choice for people to continue or disband donations.
unsubscribing can be done monthly... so don't whine if you continue to donate lack of contents.
