Yes, I extract the UnRen in the game folder.
Yes, is the same as the .exe.

I know, already did everything in the game, just by chance I wanted to learn to enable and ended up choosing Milfy City since its console is disabled.
Anyway, I gave up the UnRen and managed to enable the dev menu in another way.
