yeah... im new to computers lol so im inexperienced aswell as been a little thick in the head. ok so i downloaded the patch and its in my file explorer now so do i extract all?

Problem: I've updated game to 1.0d version but now some of my saves don't work. Of course there is no problem with them on 1.0c. Will there by another patch that will let me use this saves on newer version or simply after I finish story I just need to install some mods to unlock gallery?

Got an error with the game, where the pass time and switch location buttons are red crossed out. Have deleted the game, the mods and the saves and yet each time I start up a new game or load up old game the red cross is there?

Sara have a bug

I have the same issues. Its during lv2 of the relationship. After you waking Sara in the morning (she sleep at her PC) you need to spy on her this very morning, if you miss it the quest line is broken. You can't wake her again and she doesn't appear in the bath at a later day. I haven't found a solution or fix for this

You have extracted the file in the [game folder]\game and not in [game folder]
Now, you have to delete [game folder]\game\game and redo the extraction

so i dont actually extract the patch to the folder in the game files called "game" just the game files in general?
