He was confused and the 96% refer to the Patreon goals not the new update. As shown on the screenshot a couple posts above yours.

As of now only for Sara and other family members. Other characters have vaginal sex.

Next update is likely in 10 to 14 days. Celia won't have any new content though, the update will focus on mom.
