You put it the saves folder which is in the game folder.
Put it in the MilfyCity/Game/Saves folder and make sure it follows the naming conventions of other saves or i've found they wont be detected most times.

Considering how close intercourse was on the last Linda update and how it ended, and Linda being the runaway vote for this version by the Patrons (i'm one of the voters), blueballing everyone AGAIN will piss off a lot of the paying subscribers.
