Seems you didn't install the patch correctly. Re-check the 'game' folder in your Milfy City root folder and delete both patch files and re-apply.

I do like how this game is trying to make the cucked Old man a likable character, and it's more Linda who is the "bad guy" in the situation. It's a nice change up from the battered housewife and workaholic husband.
