2 version i try to play both of them unplayable and even if i can open the game i still cannot play because every scene or anything stuck untill i alt tab out and go back in and then the scene will change then stuck again and need to do again

- However, this one is easy to answer. The file you are looking for is shown top left. Check the number (usually 13, 31, 33, 69, 96 or 20). Then click the four corresponding files among the others within 20 seconds. Rinse and repeat four times.

Seems you didn't install the patch correctly. Re-check the 'game' folder in your Milfy City root folder and delete both patch files and re-apply.
