You need to select it from your backpack/invetory and then try to open the door when it's locked. Seriously, this has been answered a billion times.

Okay so i put the incest patch into my game folder but i still have linda sara and caroline for names. Just starting the game and Im on a mac idk if that has anything to do with anything but trying to give and get as much info as possible. Is there another patch somewhere since its a 2.0? I also made sure the patch is in the folder named "game" any help will be much appreciated Thank you!
