As some smart person said 100 pages ago. Patreon is about donating (like Kickstarter). You can hope for something, but you cannot demand something. You are giving money for an idea, you can hope it went well. If you are unhappy about the pogress, you can stop donating. But you cannot tell others to stop their donation.


BTT: The writer is some1 else and he has an administrative problem. As he mentiont he gets the renders and THEN has to write something. Not story first and after that the renders are produced... From this perspective the writing is pretty good...

Actualy for that much time he need to throw 3 times bigger update than CoBD and BAD.Something like 3000-4000 renders and no less than 100 animations.
Did we know if he still works alone?
Because for the money he get,he must have at least 3 people helping him.
Good example is how Mr.Dots and his team are doing an update each month with 1200-1500 renders and around 50-100 animations.Of course they are not same level quality as Stoper or even ICSTOR,but still all that is only for 1 month.So it's obvious that having a team helps a lot.

I don't know if ICSTOR is still working alone or not. You're right the updates should be pretty big for this amount of time since but granted we don't know if there's anything else going on IRL. But it has been a while since there was a proper main story release...

I am not really going to argu but I am designer my self and I think i can feel the dev, but I just want to clear some mindset ,

well the first is that Patreon if I am not wrong eats 30% of your income and if you are from america taxes are going to eat some amount of your money aswell.

so even if he is getting 20K at his best right now he is going to have almost 10k at the end now I don't know how he is going to share his money with his team but he is going to get more likely 3 or 5 k out of it.


now you mentioned why don't he stay at home and do it full time job .? well living as freelancer can be tricky and hard , if you are working at lets B or A plus game company , you have your career health insurance while living as freelancer you need to pay those things for your self,

I mean porn game industry really isn't acceptable by world community while game industry it self is, I mean do you know a family who sits and plays a porn game together ? but i can point out many families who play game with their children .


does Icstor can hire team ? yes he can , but does it worth it ? simply No... because his only source of money is patreon and Patreon doesn't give him much money ,

on top of that if he still making porn games as fulltime job he is not going to make much more because porn community is small

and most important reason is THE MINDEST , dev doesn't need to yell that I am making a porn game , but he has life right ? a family ? a kid ? so brutally honest , how do you see your self do you wanna be a guy who makes money out of everyone penises and be in silence for life time or you rather work in some companies where everything is settled you work your 8 hour time your insurance and everything is in placed. you have 40k$ computer with all equipment and if it something breaks they replaced it less than an hour you can meet some classy A rated actors and most importantly learn something new and create something that can be proud with your family for rest of your life

I hope you get the point there is no argu here , he can do it , he can deliver projects faster and other stuff but does it worth to quit his normal job and become freelancer designer just to satisfies your sexual needs ,

While there is trueth to haveing a regulated work scedule and payment system it's hardly as rosy as you state.
More times than not you have to work over time to hit a far to narrow deadline and you jump between projects... if you are part of the art team it's even possible to be only employed for certain projects heavily be dependant of a continuation project or what overtime and sallery money you are able to save inbetween projects.
And I hardly know any game where every single member of the game process is named in the credits... and in the rare cases it is done you'll just skip through them as credits will take more than 5 min to play trough... so much for pride and recognition.
Not to mention that killer games or AAA projects got quiet alot of bad press lately makeing it hard to be proud of being part of such a team... yet those games create money and hencefor are developed

well said ! but it is all about money right ? working in studio gives you more a normal life with less job burnout , tons of games in here needed break because it is really hard to manage the project , and I believe everygame will put its entire team list at the end but most of players just don't care who made it

long story short , i get that people are supporting him and they expect him to deliver update , he is working for 8 months for this update ( he made one release for christmas and took vacation , so he is working like 4 months on it now )

and consider the quality I think we should be more understanding and wait for update ( i just wanted to point out why he is not getting a team or making this game as his full time job )

Now from the perspective of someone who actually LIKE'S Celia, she's one of my favourites...........yeah, she's a total bitch. As far as offering sex in exchange for help, if I remember correctly, she implies that she'd be willing to let him have vaginal sex with her if he helps her find the blackmailer (during the conversation where she calls you to her office after the blackmail event in the bathroom). Granted, given who Celia is.........she very well might be lying, and wouldn't go through with it, so there's that.

I was just joking, i don't even dislike Sara i actually like her although i find her friend Lilly more appealing personally. However i wouldn't be surprised if most people playing this game gravitated towards more mature and voluptuous girls and actual milfs. Which explains why Caroline and Linda are so popular and all the other older girls with big boobs and asses, to me personally Sara just can't compete and i suspect that's true to a lot of other people, of course there are those that love her for her cuteness and innocence and those freckles are adorable, however it's obvious where the majority of the fanbase gravitates to.
