I am almost certain ICSTOR will delay the update yet again, although I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, if he turns out the liar he gets accused to be, I recommend everyone to immediately unsubscribe to him. That is the only way to make your voice get heard, or to "hurt" him in the long run. People should make it clear that he will not receive free cash for products he failed to deliver. On the other hand, I do seriously have doubts about his paypigs, who have grown in numbers over the year. But even they should grow impatient, as he keeps pushing the update further and further away. It will be just a matter of time before they realise their own delusion too. Nonetheless, I will wait patiently till the 10th. Let's see what ICSTOR decides.
Did the dev tell you to pledge no. You do it by your own if you want. Since he said he is going to give the game to everyone that pledged the previous months i don't even understand this argument. Yes he delayed because he wanted to put more content in and guess what it's his game. And because of that fact you say he gives the game free to anyone who pledged those months. Since the patreons get what they paid for i don't understand the argument of "he delayed again and again". If he doesn't give them the game and he lies then we can talk again about it, but as of right now he decided to delay it for more content and he will give the game to those who pledged those months he was supposed to release it.

The first thing he said after promising new content to rather questionable characters is that he had "problems" with the renders of said characters, which reduces the new content and delays the release...

The best thing about Patreon is you can't get back the money you've already paid to get nothing.
If some paypig subscribed right after 0.5 and has had enough if it gets delayed further, he'll have paid 200 dollars to get nothing. So most people will stick to paying even though its been a waste this whole time because of the sunk cost fallacy.
I seriously can't believe it. Every major non-porn patreon account releases content WEEKLY at the very least. Patrons are throwing money into a black hole and are given no guarantees, info, or content in return. The best they get is the chance to vote in a poll that gives ICSTOR the chance to justify being unmotivated because "I'm developing what my customers want not what I want". They're paying you a wall street salary and you have the nerve to complain about one of the few things promised in the Patreon.
Not that I'm mad, he's succeeded far above most content creators with similar integrity.

So many "I'm not mad" and "I will wait patiently" at the end of so many passive aggressive posts. The hilarious part is clicking the post histories and seeing the angry posts which just make them seem even more bipolar.
My favorites are the "I don't care" and "there are tons of other games." Meanwhile they've posted like 80 times in the last month.

Yeah but it's still new content and if he indeed gives the game to those that pledged the months he said the game was gonna be ready how is it charity for him. As i said if he fails to do that then by all means hate as much as you want i will too. But just because someone delays the update doesn't mean he is out for grabs. He already had his patreons growing expodentially the last year there is no reason for him to piss all of them off.

I'm having issues where the sex scenes don't unlock after completing them. I've played the game before and it's worked. Any idea whats wrong? I just did a fresh install for a 2nd time.

But what the guy said is pretty much spot on. Patreon is donations, sure people can dispute charges but people are entitled nothing for their money. Even if you make releases monthly, everyone expects new lewd content every release. I have no idea the time the 3d scenes takes but I person was expecting this release sooner. Hopefully it's a great release and the wait is worth it.
With regards for time to develop. Code is quick unless you are adding crazy new mechanics, etc. Dialogue of lewd game quality is not a time sink either, you can pump it out really quick. The main time is always art. Just my two cents.
Actually it's working now. I didn't realize you had to wait until you unlocked a relationship status before it would let you view the scenes you had already completed. Thanks for your help!
