Icstor took 1-2 weeks off after the holidays, no problem.
He went on break April 1st. Not in March as you said (look at his homepage to confirm this, I didn't bookmark the announcement, to lazy to look in this thread).
He also specifically said he will work until the end of March.
He came back in mid May (source:

So, no he didn't take a 3 month break, it was 1.5. That's not me guessing, it's the info we got from Icstor.
So we are now 9 months and a week into 2019. Substract 1.5 months break and 1-2 weeks for the holidays and you get 7.5 months or 7.5 months minus 1 week. Again, I'd like to see your math/sources or I kindly ask you to edit your post.
