Actually, "Milfy City" is a deep commentary on the mindless pleasure-seeking of the current society. Nothing compels you to fuck your sisters, mother and/or blackmail the teacher, yet in pursuit of sexual relief YOU do it all. So ask yourself a question: Is the MC an asshole? Or are you the asshole?! Also, the last year was clearly a social experiment, where ICSTOR withheld this regular-sized update for like half a year, just to see us go apeshit, once the cummies were no more.

Got me a bit baffled too, to be honest.
Apart from the MC porking Caroline and her going the whole way this time (no blue balling here). Screwing Celia here there and everywhere, and watching the neighbours.
So the nearest I could think of was related to Charles and the "end scene" that you watch at his place. I didn't expect that!

I think it was the potential of pregnancy ending(s).. I know it's a fairly common thing, but the game is held to fairly low standard, and people seem to lose their mind over trivial shit.

I think there is a bug, because the window did not work for me but I was able to get through all the neighbor content just by skipping that step and started by going to the neighbors house
