Yeah people don't realise that they are bumping his work to recent thread activity a lot. There is no such thing as bad publicity the more people talk about something the more it succeeds, look at the TLOU 2 after the leaks non stop discussions even if it's bad.

Do people really use recent threads to find games? I remember I first came here early in its history, I think late 2016, and had been using 8ch and 420chan before mostly as well as blogspots and tumblrs (rip tumblr) I came across to find adult games. Back then they had the popular games section which in in hindsight isn't good as it gave a lot of devs free publicity who didn't deserve it as they were early good options but became mediocre as the space grew, but they got so much free publicity from here that they were able to attain milker status, ICSTOR being one of them. So I used that and the latest updates section, which wasn't as good as it is now, to find new games.

Fortunately they got rid of the popular games section, and made the latest updates section much more user-friendly, which benefits users as you'll see games which get updated much more often, accompanied by the visual of the banner and the screenshots if you mouseover. The only thing I wish is that preview screenshots would get updated more often, as they tend to get better the more development a game has.

Also there's the trending games section now but I don't use that so I can't really say anything as to whether I think it's positive or not, but at least it operates on a 30 and 7 day time scale so hopefully games that fall off don't get pushed there.

But the main problem, as with anything, is herd mentality. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about that as people will see that it's a developer who has pushed out high quality games in the past, and is currently producing their highest quality game by far, see that it has a lot of support, and go purely based on that surface analysis. Changing that would require everyone to develop critical thinking skills but I think the world would just be a much better place overall if that were the case...

I finally decided to get over my petty bias over how ugly the MC looked in the screenshots, played the game to its current completion, loved it to an extent, only to find out that it's damn near abandoned... What a complete let down

Creator is a bs cash grab. People will defend him but be a patron for a year and find out, actually don’t.

I predict progress will bump up to 85% August 1st. Patreon is a stupid model. I signed up for something today and it renews on Saturday. Umm, you can't just track sign up date in a DB and renew on the same day the next month. So I'll be cancelling Friday and just following into August to see new content from a photographer.

Story is well like most of this type, graphic is actually not bad even animatons are ok. Main character is really pathetic - he looks and behave like total kid, really young one and only adult think in him is his dxxx. Strangly most girls looks adult like - except for one - and you actually never do her in the end - LOL she the best match i guess for this little creep since she's as stupid as he . Strangley scence looks really soft like MC doest heave any drive nor initiative - even in the scene with lightning is weirdly soft. He's supposed to be a high school turd, it's just ambiguous because of Patreon rules. His behavior is very much intentional. It's an incest game with the typical formula of immature MC, hot milf, older sister, and younger sister. If that's not your thing then you might not understand why the formula is popular. IF you play any of ICSTOR's other games you'd see that they stick to it pretty religiously. Personality-wise different devs lean more towards nice guy or shithead, ICSTOR prefers the shithead type although the MC in this game is a little more likable than his previous ones.

Giving this Guy Money will not Progress the Game, it will just slow it down. His 6000 Patreons are like Sheeps. And his Sheeps must be warned. To Stop Feeding him with Cash for not even working. He had enough time! It was Released in 2018 and he took a whole Year for a Break and Vacation. Now it's time to Deliver something. He's not even Updating his Icstor.com Site. Milfy City 0.7 with 70%. But on Patreon 80% since January 2020 no changes. No News... nothing.
30k per month is too much from his Patreons for this work and effort. Maybe he enjoys his life too much for free . He needs to lose some Patreons! And he don't deserve so much Support. Ironic a awesome game from the wrong person, and he threats the fans of this game like shit.

Losing his Inspiration is just the Problem of the Author himself, but everybody get this from time to time that's no reason to keep the people in the dark and waiting for so long.
He Could Improve his Team/Staff and hire new people. Or just talk to his Patreons. Thousands of People would give him Inspiration and new ideas with pleasure! And he took 1 Year for break and for Holiday.

He is not just lazy i think he is enjoying his life a way too much from milking people . It's too easy to spend the free money from his Patreons Army.
2 Years from milking People for a nonexistent Service with a good payment....damn.
