Nobody knows who Icstor is and that is a good thing. If someone were to contact him on Facebook or Twitter, I'd consider that doxing. I highly doubt he told his family and friends that he makes his money creating incest themed porn games. I think the idea that working on Milfy City fucked up his personal life makes more sense than speculation about drug use or other things you read here.

Depends on how he contacts that person.
If that detective also makes contact with family and friends, as described in the original post, I'd consider that doxing because the detective used online information in a way that is potentionally harmful to the real person even if he didn't share that information online.
If he contacts that person via Social Media, I think he'd have to be friends with that person or followed by them to dm them? Otherwise you can only make comments that are public, right? I don't have a Twitter or Facebook account so I'm not sure.
Either way people, don't contact others you don't know personally without them giving you their permission.
