This is very accurate.
He clearly wants to put it in his games (there was one of the unfinished games recently where every morning the mom would complain about you not getting money and the landlord 'bothering' her...this was clearly meant as an NTR path but not complete like other parts) but he is making WAAAAAY too much money to risk the back lash.
