I believe the those bullet-points are separate items with an implied total combining them together. So you're most likely right in that no one has uploaded the full sets anywhere.
I happened to come across this and I did buy this a long while ago. I just downloaded the collections again and I can confirm that there are only 91 files in total in the download. So as far as I can tell the "91" includes the "40 previous unpublished images" and the same with Tara's Second Assignment the total in all folders is only 63.I downloaded the torrent files, a lot of new stuff for me

models looks outdated already, with "wooden" animations also

I have also read all the posts on this thread and would like to say something. Having first seen G4E in 2015, it was immediately clear that Miro had opened something new. As for the current delay, it’s hard for me to say anything except that it seems that he is now more busy developing the Affect3D website
It also really warms my heart that there are people who also like 3Dx stuff, and I’m not alone
